gdprOn 25th May 2018 the new EU General Data Protection Regulations come into force. These new regulations will be incorporated into the Data Protection Act 2018 and will replace the current DPA of 1988.
 
The GDPR requires that all personal data held by all companies and organisations, is held with the consent of that person. The new law also requires that all data is held securely and is managed properly. Your email address is held on the Frodsham Neighbourhood Plan (FNP) database for use in mail outs about aspects of the FNP’s work. We hold this information because at some point you have asked to receive information about our work. We have never disclosed your personal data to any third parties and we will never do so in the future.
